I see clients on an individual basis. The dietary and naturopathic recommendations I make are tailored specifically for you and I recommend supplements where necessary. I monitor and adapt your individual plan as your body begins to heal.
You will gain an understanding of your health and learn to become intuitive about how your body works and so learn to prevent future problems.
Consultations are held at my home in Brighton, or at Cliffe Osteopaths in Lewes. I am also available for telephone or skype consultations for clients futher afield.
